Your Role

  • As the Home Manager at Ty Seren, you’ll be the heart of the home and the leader of the team.
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated, values‑driven team
  • Manage a warm, inclusive, and safe home environment
  • Create a culture of respect, dignity, and belonging
  • Champion person‑centred care and independence
  • Embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches
  • Support and develop staff through coaching and mentoring
  • Ensure high‑quality care, compliance, and best practice
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and professionals

Who We’re Looking For

  • We’re looking for someone who leads with compassion, confidence, and integrity.

You’ll Need

  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up as a Home Manager
  • Strong understanding of adult care regulations
  • Experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
  • A genuine passion for improving lives
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Enhanced DBS with barred list check
