Support Worker roles £11.60 to £12.50 dependent on experience

Senior Support Worker roles £12.50 to £13.75 dependent on experience

Full time, part time and bank roles available

We’re a leading organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism. We proudly operate six residences across picturesque Pembrokeshire, including Lydstep, Pembroke Dock, Saundersfoot, and Haverfordwest. A day in the life of a support worker includes:

  • Ensuring physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
  • Supporting individuals during recreational activities, outings, and community integration;
  • Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence, celebrating achievements and milestones;
  • Working collaboratively to tailor support to individual needs;
  • Keeping accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents;
  • Performing general housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.

We are looking for people who:

  • Have a compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact;
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships;
