About The Role
Support Worker, The Manse, Lower Freystop
£12.60 to £12.80 per hour
Full Time: Day 39 hours per week, Nights 35 hours per week
Flexibility to work morning, afternoon and weekend.

Located in the small friendly village of Freystop, on the outskirts of Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire, The Manse is a spacious home for up to 4 adults from age 18.
A day in the life of working at The Manse includes
- Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment.
- Support our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration.
- Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence, celebrating their achievements and milestones.
- Work together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs.
- Keep accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents if they arise.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.
