What You'll Be Doing Every day is different, but your role may include:
- Supporting individuals with their daily routines and personal goals.
- Encouraging independence and helping to develop confidence and life skills.
- Accompanying individuals on community outings, activities and social opportunities.
- Supporting hobbies, interests and meaningful experiences.
- Creating a safe, supportive and positive environment.
- Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks.
- Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality support.

Right to Work Requirement: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and, where applicable, hold a visa with at least 18 months remaining at the time of application. Successful candidates with a time-limited right to work will be employed on a fixed-term contract ending on their visa expiry date.
