This role is to cover maternity and is ideal for anyone who wants a taste of what it\βs like to be a Senior Support Worker. Priority Childcare provides real support from real people. We care for children who have support needs associated with social, emotional and mental health difficulties, and work with them to help them meet their full potential and transition towards independence.

Responsibilities
- Act as shift leader
- Assist in ensuring service standards are maintained.
- Participating in the on-call rota.
- Assist in reporting and evidence gathering activities.
- Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in assessment, development and review of support and care plans.
- Promote and celebrate homes achievements.
Qualifications
- Experience in a support environment.
- Driving License.
- NVQ/QCF level 3 qualified.
- Knowledge of statutory regulations.
- Lead by example and always act as a positive role model.
- Upload company policies and standards.
- Able to understand and adhere to relevant safeguarding.
- Good awareness of conducting Health and Safety risk assessments.
