About the Role
We're seeking a QCF Level 5 (or working towards) care professional – whether you're an experienced Registered Manager/Home Manager or a Deputy ready to step up. This isn't just another management role; it’s an opportunity to lead a meaningful, inclusive and empowering environment for adults with autism and complex needs.
Your Role
- Lead and inspire a dedicated, values-driven team
- Manage a warm, inclusive, and safe home environment
- Create a culture of respect, dignity, and belonging
- Champion person-centred care and independence
- Embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches
- Support and develop staff through coaching and mentoring
- Ensure high-quality care, compliance, and best practice
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and professionals
Qualifications
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up as a Home Manager
- Strong understanding of adult care regulations
- Experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
- A genuine passion for improving lives
- A full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS with barred list check
