Summergil House School is looking for dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference, where your skills and energy will help pupils thrive every day. Located in Presteigne, Summergil House School offers a unique learning environment on 18 acres of fields, woodlands, a stream, lake, swimming pool, and sports hall. Children with autism and complex needs are supported to feel safe, respected, and inspired. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in providing engaging learning opportunities both inside the classroom and outdoors, helping students to achieve their full potential and build lasting memories.

Responsibilities

What we’re looking for

  • At least 12 months’ experience in a similar role.
  • A qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent).
  • GCSEs in English and Maths.
  • Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication.

Note: This position involves working with children in a regulated capacity and requires an Enhanced DBS Check, including a Barred List Check.
