Your Role as a Support Worker
- Support adults with their emotional, physical, and social well-being
- Build trusting, positive relationships so individuals feel safe and valued
- Encourage independence and help develop daily living skills
- Support activities at home and in the community
- Work with colleagues to deliver personalised support plans
- Keep accurate records of progress, activities, and incidents
- Assist with everyday household tasks, including cooking and cleaning

Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Willingness to learn – full training is provided
- Celexed activity requires an Enhanced DBS with barred list check
- Flexibility to work a rota including days, evenings, weekends, and waking nights
Work Hours & Pay
- Full Time, Part Time and Bank Available. Days with sleep-ins or waking nights.
- £13.45 – £13.75 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience).
- Sleep-in rate: £57 per night.
