Your Role as a Support Worker

  • Support adults with their emotional, physical, and social well-being
  • Build trusting, positive relationships so individuals feel safe and valued
  • Encourage independence and help develop daily living skills
  • Support activities at home and in the community
  • Work with colleagues to deliver personalised support plans
  • Keep accurate records of progress, activities, and incidents
  • Assist with everyday household tasks, including cooking and cleaning

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Willingness to learn – full training is provided
  • Celexed activity requires an Enhanced DBS with barred list check
  • Flexibility to work a rota including days, evenings, weekends, and waking nights

Work Hours & Pay

  • Full Time, Part Time and Bank Available. Days with sleep-ins or waking nights.
  • £13.45 – £13.75 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience).
  • Sleep-in rate: £57 per night.
