At Coed Parc House in Cwmavon (near Port Talbot), you’ll be part of a warm, supportive team working in a modern service where every individual has their own self‑contained apartment designed around their needs. This is your chance to be part of something special.
As a Care Assistant, You Will:
- Support individuals with daily living, personal care, and meaningful activities.
- Build strong, positive relationships that help individuals grow in confidence.
- Promote independence and encourage people to make their own choices.
- Work collaboratively with families and other professionals.
Both day and waking night shifts are available, giving you flexibility to balance work and home life.
What We’re Looking For:
- You don’t need experience — just the right attitude. We can teach you the rest.
- Kind, patient, and compassionate.
- A great communicator and a good listener.
- Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Flexible to work a mix of shifts, including some weekends.
- A driver - essential part of the role where you will take the individuals out on activities.
