The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 € per hour.

Hourly Rate: £12.60 to £12.80 per hour

Full Time: 40.25 hours per week

The Role:

As a Support Worker within our Bridgend four-bed residential service for adults opening next month, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centred support to adults with complex autism-related needs, empowering them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

What a day looks like as a Support Worker with Orbis:

  • Supporting individuals with autism in their day-to-day lives
  • Assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, and mealtime routines
  • Following tailored care plans designed around each person’s strengths and aspirations
  • Promoting wellbeing, confidence, and independence
  • Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and your team
  • Keeping clear, accurate records of care and progress

We’re Looking for People Who Are:

  • Genuinely caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic
  • Resilient, patient, and able to adapt to varied needs and routines
  • Great communicators with a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Eager to learn and grow professionally
  • Comfortable using basic IT systems for documentation
  • Flexible with shift patterns, typically days & nights 8-8.30, 40.25hr contracts
  • A driving licence is a bonus but not essential

Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
