Female Support Worker
Salary - Β£12.60 to Β£12.80 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience.
Day time position β 26 to 45.5 hours per week available.

The Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with complex needs associated with autism.
A Day in the Life:
- Providing high-quality care and support tailored to the specific needs of our supported individuals.
- Encouraging and assisting individuals in participating in activities, hobbies, and social interactions.
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Promoting independence and helping individuals achieve their personal goals.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalised care plans.
- Ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all individuals.
What We Are Looking For:
- A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Resilience and patience when faced with challenges, adapting to individual needs.
- A willingness to learn and follow guidance from the team.
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
- A full UK driving licence β essential for supporting our individuals with transport to appointments and activities.
- The right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining on your visa (if applicable).

This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
