Responsibilities Provides leadership, oversight, guidance, and direction to a cross functional team of Maintenance, Facilities, Planning, Capital Expense Project, Reliability and Integrity Departments.

Maintain and improve performance of the company's physical assets and control maintenance Labouré and materials costs.
Effective participation as a site and operations senior manager to define and implement SHEQ&S strategy and direction for the business.
Accountable for ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental aspects and c GMP quality for the function.
Provide high-quality project and program management standards across the whole project lifecycle of the capital expense projects.
Requirements Academic level: Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering.
Over 20 years of experience in the chemical industry. 15 years of experience in maintenance management within the chemical sector.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team collaboration skills.
Extensive knowledge of mechanical maintenance, reliability, integrity, and engineering controls.
Strong expertise in electrical, control, and instrumentation (EC&I) maintenance, reliability, integrity, and engineering controls.
In-depth understanding of project management principles and practices.
