The role
- Quality Assurance Management: Coordination of the Quality inspectors’ activities, active contribution to manufacturing routines, KPI’s monitoring and improvement, quality manufacturing training, quality inspectors’ competences development.
- Quality Assurance Activities: Quality inputs to project for new products introduction, Quality & Control plan creation for new products (including PFMEA) and monitoring and incoming inspections for non‑destructive test. Products/process change risks analysis and improvement. Internal & external products/process audits. Quality Excellence system (manufacturing related) maturity monitoring and improvement.
- Quality Control Activities: Monitoring and improvement of Quality control activities in the plant (quality plan realization, material/products quality checks, capability management). Quality internal nonconformities and customer claims root‑cause analysis and improvement.
The profile
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant role
- Profound knowledge and experience of quality standards and quality checks.
- Profound knowledge of our products and their acceptance criteria.
- Good knowledge of Quality assurance and control methodologies
- Minimum 2 years of experience postgraduate or 2 years in relevant manufacturing role (e.g. Quality inspector, CI).
- Hands‑on problem‑solving experience (practical problem solving)
- Education: GCSE or Equivalent
