We're looking for a Digital Product Lead to drive the development of our digital and mobile experiences end-to-end. This role sits at the center of product, design, and engineering â owning feature definition, shaping user experience, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You'll turn ideas into shipped features, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end feature delivery â from requirements and documentation through Jira ticket creation
- Translating product strategy into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Working closely with UX and engineering to refine features, remove ambiguity, and keep delivery moving
- Acting as the final checkpoint for product quality â validating features against requirements and design intent
- Leading QA and release readiness for customerâfacing features
- Running user research and turning insights into product improvements
- Conducting competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Iterating on features using user feedback, behavioral data, and performance metrics
- Supporting backlog management and prioritization to align with business goals and timelines
- Identifying delivery risks and gaps that could impact product consistency
- Driving alignment across design, engineering, and leadership
- Contributing to roadmap planning and ongoing product strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Product, Design, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years in product management, product ownership, or a hybrid UX/product role
- Experience working in crossâfunctional teams in fastâpaced or startup environments
- Strong experience writing requirements, user stories, and managing backlogs (Jira or similar)
- Background in mobile or digital product development, ideally consumerâfacing
- Ability to balance user experience, technical constraints, and business priorities
- Bonus â Experience with tools like Figma, familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase)
