We’re looking for a IoT Product Lead to drive the development of our digital and mobile experiences end-to-end. This role sits at the center of product, design, and engineering — owning feature definition, shaping user experience, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You’ll turn ideas into shipped features, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning end-to-end feature delivery — from requirements and documentation through Jira ticket creation
  • Translating product strategy into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Working closely with UX and engineering to refine features, remove ambiguity, and keep delivery moving
  • Acting as the final checkpoint for product quality — validating features against requirements and design intent
  • Leading QA and release readiness for customer-facing features
  • Running user research and turning insights into product improvements
  • Conducting competitive analysis to inform product decisions
  • Iterating on features using user feedback, behavioral data, and performance metrics
  • Supporting backlog management and prioritization to align with business goals and timelines
  • Identifying delivery risks and gaps that could impact product consistency
  • Driving alignment across design, engineering, and leadership
  • Contributing to roadmap planning and ongoing product strategy

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product, Design, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years in product management, product ownership, or a hybrid UX/product role
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in fast-paced or startup environments
  • Strong experience writing requirements, user stories, and managing backlogs (Jira or similar)
  • Background in mobile or digital product development, ideally consumer-facing
  • Ability to balance user experience, technical constraints, and business priorities
  • Bonus - Experience with tools like Figma, familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase)
