Job Title: Maintenance Engineer / Plant Fitter
Location: Mundford Rd, Weeting, Brandon, IP27 0PL
Salary: £35k - £45k per annum DOE

About Us
Oranmore Precast Ltd (Brandon) are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our small team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations within our facility.
Experience
- Good level of education. Time served mechanical training with both practical and theory.
- Someone not afraid to get their hands dirty.
- Proven experience working with Hydraulic systems such as pressure washers, plant hydraulics.
- Changing bearings, crane maintenance, rope changes etc.
- Basic welding skill.
- Pneumatic pressure systems.
- Cement silos.
- Must be able to work at height.
- Working in a heavy industrial work environment.
- Farm Plant maintenance.
- Good health, safety, quality and environmental awareness.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Personable and approachable with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Confident and assertive.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Help to develop a culture to continually review process & procedures.
- Effective decision maker which considers both immediate and long-term impact of decisions made on both the organisation and other departments.
- Flexibility/Adaptability
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work to meet the needs of the business.
- Ability to work autonomously and flexibly.
