We are currently working in partnership with local employers as they seek to add Warehouse Operatives to their team. A variety of shifts and working hours are available, including days, evenings, nights and weekends. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work different shifts as required to meet business needs.
- Receive, check and store incoming goods and materials
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for despatch
- Operate manual handling equipment such as pallet trucks or forklifts (if qualified)
- Carry out stock checks and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations
- Accurately complete paperwork and update stock systems as required
- Work as part of a team to meet operational targets and deadlines
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Follow company policies, procedures and quality standards at all times
