We are currently working in partnership with local employers as they seek to add Production Operatives to their team. The role is 5 days out of 7 and does include some weekend work. This is a permanent afternoon shift role. As a Production Operative you will need to be flexible to meet the demands of the business hiring. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided. The ability to work using your own initiative as well as a part of a team is crucial, as well as punctuality.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Load and unload deliveries.
  • Boxing up multi-packs for despatch.
  • Working on a production line.
  • Be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Working as part of a friendly team.
  • Other production tasks dependant on the business needs.

TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS:

North East: Complete our 5 day Level 1 Certificate in Skills for Working in Transport and Logistics Industries and receive a guaranteed interview with the employer.

North West: Complete our 8 day Level 2 Certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques and receive a guaranteed interview with the employer.
