As a Customer Service Advisor on our team, no day is the same. You'll have the opportunity to diversify your experience in the industry by dealing with, diagnosing and solving a range of issues and queries from our customers.
From troubleshooting technical glitches to billing queries, service support and guiding customers through products or features and how to optimise their use. As the first point of contact, you'll dive into engaging, diverse conversations with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs and positively guide them through service excellence.
The Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
PAY RATE & HOURS:
- £11.48
- Shift Patterns/Hours - Permanent - Full time - 40 Hours Per Week - On site
- Are flexible to work shifts between, 7:45 am-9 pm from Monday to Friday and 7:45 am-8 pm on Saturday and Sunday
TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS:
Complete our 5 day Level 1 Certificate in Occupational Studies for the Workplace Customer Service course and receive a guaranteed interview with the employer.
