Orange Tree Theatre seeks a Director of Marketing, Audiences and Sales to join its senior leadership. You will fuse marketing, ticketing, audience development, customer experience and fundraising into a single strategic function that supports artistic ambition while maximizing earned income.
You will lead pricing, campaigns, front-of-house integration and data-informed decision making, working with the Artistic Director, Executive Director and senior team to grow audiences and income.
