Orange Cyberdefense is the expert cyber security business unit of the Orange Group, providing security consulting, solutions and services to organisations around the globe. We strive to protect freedom and build a safer digital society. We are looking for a Commercial Alliance Manager to join our team in our brand new UK headquarters office in Bank, at the heart of the City Of London.
We seek a Commercial Alliance Manager to drive revenue and pipeline growth through strategic partnerships with leading cybersecurity vendors. This role is ideal for a relationships-oriented professional with a strong sales instinct, who understands the commercial dynamics of the cybersecurity channel and thrives where partner engagement and revenue generation converge. You’ll work directly with global technology partners such as Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, Microsoft, and Fortinet to create, execute, and optimise joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This is not a passive alliances role: we are looking for a revenue-obsessed, field-facing person who is able to convert strong relationships into measurable pipeline and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a commercial lead for assigned partners, owning the joint revenue plan.
- Identify & drive joint sales opportunities between partners’ and our sales teams.
- Develop trust and alignment with key vendor stakeholders (e.g. channel managers, regional sales leaders, distributor reps, etc).
- Create and drive business plans that include pipeline targets, co-selling initiatives, sales incentives, and marketing campaigns.
- Equip internal commercial teams with tools, knowledge, and incentives to effectively position our services as underpinned by our partners’ technologies.
- Track, measure, and report on partnership performance: revenue contribution, influenced pipeline, campaign outcomes, and sales engagement.
- Represent the business at strategic vendor meetings and industry events.
What we expect from you:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity partner/channel/alliances or sales roles.
- Degree in business, computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of influencing revenue via partner engagement.
- Experience working with or through key vendors such as Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft, Zscaler, Fortinet, or similar.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills – comfortable engaging with sales reps, vendor executives, and marketing professionals alike.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, cloud security, and managed security services.
- Relevant certifications or training with key vendors (e.g. Palo Alto Networks Accredited, Microsoft Partner Sales Skills).
By joining one of the world’s leading cyber security companies, you will be offered the following:
- An opportunity to join a forward-thinking company, and a supportive work environment.
- Competitive salary.
- Private medical healthcare.
- Health cash plan.
- Company pension.
- Life insurance.
- Income protection insurance.
- Company events several times a year.
- Employee discount scheme.
Please send your CV for immediate consideration. Orange Cyberdefense are an equal opportunities employer, welcoming applications from all people, regardless of their race, sex, disability, age, religion, or sexual orientation.
