About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and commercially focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our busy national sales team.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in coordinating the commercial activity that helps turn opportunities into customers.

Together with administrative tasks, you will coordinate information between sales, customers and internal departments, prepare commercial documentation, maintain accurate CRM records and ensure key activities are completed accurately and on time.

The role offers excellent exposure to sales operations, customer management, commercial processes and CRM, providing an ideal opportunity to develop your career in a professional sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support to the national field-based sales team.
  • Finalise quotations, proposals and customer documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
  • Liaise with customers, sales colleagues and internal departments to resolve queries and keep activities progressing.
  • Coordinate sales activities, monitor deadlines and follow up outstanding actions.
  • Coordinate sales reporting and provide information to support sales performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and sales efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively across the business to deliver a professional customer experience.

About You

Organised, dependable, commercially aware and proactive, with the confidence to work effectively alongside a busy sales team.

You will take ownership of tasks, manage competing priorities and build positive relationships with colleagues.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel.
  • The ability to learn and confidently use CRM and business systems.
  • Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, commercial administration or a similar environment would be advantageous.
