AlertSystems is a leading provider of business security systems, fully committed to providing customers with effective and reliable solutions to security problems. Our comprehensive product range includes our unique External Deterrent System, High Definition CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Remote Monitoring, Intruder and Fire Alarm Systems.

Location: AlertSystems Ltd, Trowbridge BA14 (fully site-based)

Hours: 25 per week

Start date: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce customer invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
  • Chase outstanding customer debt and maintain the Sales Ledger.
  • Respond to customer queries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Generate customer statements.
  • Carry out customer credit checks.
  • Prepare month end customer reports.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as required.

Essential skills

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a Sales Ledger role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong numerical and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office.

The Package

  • Annual salary: £17,680.
  • Hours: 25 per week, 08:30 -13.30 or 09:00 – 14:00, Monday-Friday
  • 22 days holiday p.a. (increasing with length of service) + Bank Holidays + an extra day off for your birthday.
