Position: Electrician

Department: Operations

Reports to: Electrical Manager

Direct Reports: None

Remuneration: Competitive salary with bonus and price work options available

Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday.

Main Purpose of Job

In this customer facing role, you will attend customers' properties working on all aspects of electrical installation for a range of heating and renewable energy systems (Solar PV and Battery Storage, Air Source Heat Pump and Heating) for various contracts – Domestic and Commercial.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Electrical Installations of Solar/ASHP/Heating Systems
  • Commissioning of Solar/ASHP/Heating Systems
  • Inspection and testing of Solar/ASHP/Heating Systems
  • Completion of electrical compliance certificates/paperwork
  • Fault Finding

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • Electrical Qualification
  • 18th Edition
  • Inspection and Testing
  • Wiring of Air Source Heat Pump experience desirable but not essential
  • Solar PV/Battery Storage Experience and Qualification Essential
  • Ability to work under pressure; think clearly and act decisively.
  • Excellent organisation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Full Driving Licence
