This role will have the following responsibilities:
- Contacting the UKβs most talented candidates within the Accountancy and Finance industry via outbound calls, email, text and other platforms.
- Building a multi-skilled talent pool of candidates allowing you to be a step ahead for future recruitment plans that our International and National clients may have.
- Working in partnership with an experienced team of professional head-hunters and consultants.
- Speaking to candidates and advising them on market leading roles.
- Researching clients and job roles for specialist candidates.
- Headhunting for the most prestigious International and National firms in our industry.
