Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year

BCA Automotive is Recruiting. This is your opportunity to break into the Car Transporter Industry. The Nations top Car Transport Company requires HGV Class 1 Artic Tramper Drivers with or without Car Transporter experience. Paid Car Transporter training will be provided.

Commensurate with loading and unloading large HGV Class 1 Transporters, this job requires applicants to be physically fit with good mobility and comfortable working at height. We seek drivers who are genuinely enthusiastic about entering the world of Car Transporting, have experience driving Artics, and seek a long term, secure and reliable career-move.

Training: For those with no car transporter experience, training will consist of up to four weeks of Car Transporter specific training by the best Trainers in the business at the best Training Academy in the UK – Paid. For those with car transporter experience already, you will attend the same top training academy for up to two weeks before going solo.

HGV Class-1 Car Transporter Drivers — Come and Join the leading UK vehicle logistics company as an HGV Class-1 Car Transporter Driver to collect and deliver cars nationwide on an 11+ car transporter.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver to dealerships, auctions, events and businesses all over the UK
  • Act as a professional representative of the company
  • Drive HGV Class-1 car transporters (up to 12 vehicles)
  • Load and unload cars and vans
  • Conduct pre-load vehicle checks

What You’ll Need:

  • Maximum 6 minor points on your licence
  • Valid HGV Class 1 (CE) licence
  • Minimum one year’s experience driving Artics.
  • Professional, customer-facing attitude
  • Car transporter experience or HGV Class-1 Tramping experience (preferred)
  • Valid CPC and digital tachograph card
