Location: Leeds- West Yorkshire -with hybrid working arrangement( Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday in office )
Hours: Full-Time 8.30am – 5.00pm, Permanent

We are seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator to join our team and drive the optimisation of our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administration of our Salesforce environment, including user management, data integrity, workflow automation, and system customization. The ideal candidate will have direct Salesforce administration experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of implementing solutions that enhance user adoption and business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure system enhancements, and provide ongoing support. This role reports into the CRM Manager and will join a team of 6 Salesforce Administrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration and support of Salesforce users including roles, profiles, and permissions, building reports / Dashboards, updating permission, profiles roles, merging accounts/leads, deduplicating data, data imports.
- Must be able to prioritise work independently. This will include addressing tickets in internal systems and knowing when the work should be elevated.
- Lead assigned project work, such as developing new automation and business logic.
- Assist in configuring business-wide changes to the system in an exciting opportunity to be a part of a system re-work.
- Consult with users to help keep work flowing and ensure systems are efficient for end users.
- Helping to maintain GDPR compliance within a busy and fast-paced environment.
Key Skills
- Experience using Salesforce: 1- 2 years working as a Salesforce administrator.
- Working Method: Work within an Agile format and utilizing tools such as Jira / confluence/metro retro.
- Experience working with MS Products: Such as word, PowerPoint, and excel.
Core Salesforce Skills:
- Platform Mastery: A deep understanding of Salesforce’s core features, including objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, and process builder.
- Data Management: Proficiency in data import/export, data cleaning, data validation, and data security best practices.
- User Management: Ability to create and manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing settings.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Expertise in creating custom reports, dashboards, and analytic snapshots to provide valuable insights.
- Process Automation: Knowledge of workflow rules, process builder, and flows to automate business processes and streamline workflows.
- Classic & Lightning mastery: Knows how the above work in classic and Lightning versions of salesforce.
- Problem-solving: Ability to analyse complex problems and identify creative solutions.
Advanced Salesforce Skills:
- Basic Web Programming: Basic Understanding of HTML and CSS and able utilize these within VisualForce & HTML Email templates.
- Apex Programming: Basic understanding of Apex programming to create custom triggers, classes, and Visualforce pages for more complex customisations.
- Lightning Experience: Proficiency in configuring and customizing Lightning components, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Flow.
- Salesforce Integration: Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
- Data Migration: Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques to move data between Salesforce orgs.
- Security & Compliance: Understanding of Salesforce security best practices, including data privacy, access controls, and auditing.
Soft Skills:
- Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency.
