Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall is recruiting a Caseworker for the Consumer Energy Debt Advice (CEDA) service. You will provide debt advice across multiple debt types via remote and in-person channels, supporting clients to maximise income and access grants where applicable.
You will manage a personal caseload, keep case records up to date, and participate in ongoing training to achieve Wiser Adviser/MaPS accreditation.
