The Edge Systems Ltd are looking for a well-motivated person with a polite and professional telephone manner to work in our small friendly office located in Penarth. We are a well-established business, selling a wide range of print related products and services through a variety of websites and sales channels.
Your key role as a Sales Administrator will involve dealing with incoming emails and telephone calls and assisting customers with their enquiries and orders. You will also deal with the daily post, processing orders, liaising with suppliers and customers, cash collection and a variety of other general day to day administration and accounts duties.
The successful applicant will have good communication and administration skills, be computer literate (familiar with Windows 10, Outlook, Word and Excel spreadsheets) and be able to work as part of a team. We require a minimum of 5 GCSEs and a Grade C in English and Maths.
