Superbike Factory is looking for a Motorcycle Technician (Workshop) with a salary range of £28,000–£40,000 DOE plus bonus. The position offers 41.25 contracted hours per week and a clear progression path.
Our Technicians are the heartbeat of Superbike Factory. We’re a high-performing workshop, focused on looking after the people who keep it moving. We offer a clear recovery approach when weekend support is needed, ensuring a work-life balance.
Contracted hours: 41.25 per week
What you’ll be doing:
- Servicing, repairs and diagnostics across all makes and models — from commuter bikes to superbikes
- Completing work to a retail-ready, safety-first standard
- Road testing where required to confirm quality
- Working closely with Parts, Workshop Control and the wider team to keep bikes flowing
- Taking pride in doing the job properly — with pace and workmanship
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
- Experience as a motorcycle technician (or strong automotive background with transferable skills)
- Strong mechanical ability and safe workshop practice
- A quality mindset and a team-first attitude
Desirable (we’ll support development):
- Multi-brand / multi-franchise or dealer experience
- Motorcycle licence
- MOT licence (desirable) — if you’re keen to renew, or have the experience to complete training, we can support you to achieve this
