As a Motorbike Sales Executive, you’ll manage the full customer journey — from first enquiry through to final handover — ensuring every customer receives a professional, straightforward, and enjoyable buying experience. You’ll speak with customers online, over the phone, and face‑to‑face in the showroom, helping them find the right bike while confidently promoting finance and additional products. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional customer service online, over the phone, and in the showroom.
  • Managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries through our CRM systems.
  • Taking ownership of your sales pipeline and proactively following up leads.
  • Helping customers choose the right motorcycle and associated products.
  • Providing finance quotations and explaining available options.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
  • Supporting showroom presentation and maintaining high standards.
