What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across a wide range of motorcycles — from commuter bikes to high-performance superbikes
- Completing all work to high safety and retail-ready standards
- Conducting road tests where required to confirm quality and performance
- Working closely with Parts, Workshop Control, and the wider aftersales team to maintain workshop efficiency
- Maintaining accurate job records and completing work within agreed timeframes
- Taking pride in delivering high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience- Previous experience as a Motorcycle Technician or Mechanic OR strong automotive mechanical experience with transferable skills
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities
- Safe and professional workshop practices
- Team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Multi-brand or dealer workshop experience
- Full motorcycle licence
- MOT licence or MOT testing experience
- Interest in developing further technical qualifications
