The Role

This is a varied and customer-focused role where you’ll help coordinate the final stages of the motorcycle preparation and handover process. Working closely with our sales and workshop teams, you’ll ensure bikes are fully prepared, presented to a high standard, and ready for collection — while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the journey. You’ll be a key part of creating a smooth, professional, and memorable collection experience for every rider.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing a warm, professional welcome to customers collecting their motorcycles
  • Ensuring motorcycles have completed workshop preparation and are ready for handover
  • Carrying out pre-collection quality inspections to identify and resolve any issues
  • Coordinating with workshop and sales departments to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Managing customer queries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensuring motorcycles are cleaned, presented, and showroom-ready
  • Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and vehicle status updates
  • Booking motorcycles into internal systems and updating CRM records
  • Supporting showroom presentation and stock management
  • Taking high-quality photographs of motorcycles for online listings

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach

Desirable

  • Previous experience valeting vehicles or motorcycles
  • Interest in motorcycles or the motor trade industry
