  • Driving vehicle sales, finance penetration, and additional product performance
  • Structuring customer finance deals while ensuring full FCA compliance
  • Coaching and developing Sales Executives to maximise performance and customer satisfaction
  • Supporting daily sales activity, briefings, and performance management alongside the Sales Manager and Head of Business
  • Building strong relationships with finance and product partners
  • Maintaining high showroom standards and a positive sales culture
  • Resolving customer issues professionally and ensuring a smooth handover experience
  • Ensuring all payments, delivery, and collection arrangements are completed accurately

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, Sales Controller, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role within automotive or retail sales
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, finance products, and customer service
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

  • Motorcycle knowledge or industry experience
  • FCA accreditation or experience working within FCA-regulated environments

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive basic salary with uncapped earning potential
  • Netflix membership
  • Discounted gym membership
  • Group Life Assurance
  • Staff discount on bikes and accessories
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Health & wellbeing support including: Mental health support, Fitness plans, Nutrition advice and 24/7 GP helpline
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity, and sick pay
  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities
