Due to our continued success we’re looking for another Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our growing team, ideally based in Leeds, this is central to covering sites across West and North Yorkshire. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness across various locations, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for customers and staff.
Please note that applicants outside of Leeds and local surrounding areas will not be considered due to travel constraints. The role also includes assisting with student accommodation deep cleans, communal area cleans and end of tenancy cleaning. A company van (manual) is provided for work purposes (Full UK manual driving license required). For insurance purposes, over 25 year olds will only be considered for use of the company vehicle.

What will you do
- Carrying out a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Performing deep cleans and covering staff holidays and absences.
- Cleaning and sanitising washrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Emptying waste bins and replacing liners.
- Keeping communal areas (hallways, lobbies, break rooms) spotless.
- Following established cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines.
- Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to management.
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK manual driving license (essential).
- The successful candidate needs to be over 25 (for vehicle insurance purposes).
- At least 2 years of cleaning experience (required).
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Work Schedule
Flexibility required for shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and occasional overtime. Work hours will vary depending on business needs. These will vary between 15 and 40 hours per week.
