The Role
DHI are recruiting a Team Leader for our Home Turf Lettings team. In this role, you will manage a small team of housing officers to deliver a good and safe standard of housing provision to tenants on behalf of landlords, across all of our housing portfolios. You will manage all aspects of the Home Turf Lettings services in line with contractual requirements and DHI strategic priorities. We are looking for someone who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to a team that works hard to support each other, and to deliver an exceptional service to our tenants and supporting partners. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing an excellent service, enjoys working in a varied and demanding environment and who also has knowledge of the Renters’ Rights Act.
About You
You will have a background in property or housing management, ideally with knowledge of taking housing cases through the court system. You will be resilient, compassionate and supportive, with good organisational and problem solving skills.
