Overview
This successful candidate will already be qualified to deliver the range of IPAF & PASMA training courses to candidates from the hire sector. Target training towards the safe use of mobile elevating work platforms and allow towers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver IPAF and PASMA training courses to candidates from the hire sector.
- Assess individuals and provide appropriate courses for the training of our workforce and customer base.
- Target training towards the safe use of mobile elevating work platforms and towers.
Logistics
- Delivery mostly from our Sheffield HQ but also on site as required.
- A company vehicle is provided with this employment, with personal use included.
- Hours of work – 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary package range between £45,000 and £50,000 per annum. OTE expectations £75,000 PA.
- 10% target related bonus scheme.
- Annual review. BUPA Private healthcare. 32 days paid holidays per year. Death in service insurance, 2 x annual salary. Pension scheme.
