The predicted salary is between 11 - 13 £ per hour.
Join our friendly hospitality team and help us create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Permanent part time seasonal contract – based on average 16 hours per week during the core season only (normally March to November) each year. Salary equates to circa £12.21 per hour. The full-time equivalent salary is circa £23,810 per annum. Excellent benefits – including life assurance and health and wellbeing support.

You’ll be a key member of our Hospitality team and ensure our centre remains clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every visitor. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Housekeeping duties, such as cleaning bedrooms and communal areas, maintaining hygiene standards throughout the centre, and assisting with laundry operations.
- Ensuring guest areas are well‑presented, restocked, and ready for use at all times.
- Other duties can include working in the kitchen, assisting with food preparation and serving food to our visitors.
Our permanent seasonal contracts give you flexibility to follow other interests and pursuits over the winter months secure in the knowledge that you have a job to come back to.
Where you’ll be based: Dale Fort sits high on the cliffs of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, with sweeping sea views and the Wales Coast Path just outside the door. It’s a workplace that feels far removed from the usual hospitality environment. Here you’ll find a calm, scenic setting with nature all around you.
