We are looking for an experienced and reliable Head Chef to lead our kitchen on a busy film catering production. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident chef who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys creating varied, high‑quality meals each day.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a small kitchen team of 3.
- Plan and prepare daily menus.
- Cook approximately 100 covers per day, including:
- Full cooked breakfast;
- Three freshly prepared lunch options (meat, fish, and vegan).
- Produce a different lunch menu each day.
- Cater for all dietary requirements and allergens.
- Manage food ordering and stock control.
- Maintain cleaning schedules and high kitchen hygiene standards.
- Work effectively in an open kitchen, providing excellent communication and customer service.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef with a strong background in a variety of cuisines.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
- Strong menu planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food allergens and dietary requirements.
