About the Role
As a Support worker, you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Your duties may include:
- Personal care and support
- Medication assistance

- Supporting individuals to access their community and attend appointments
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
