The Stoller Hall is a unique music venue at Chetham’s School of Music in the centre of Manchester.

The Job

  • We are seeking to expand our team with additional Front of House staff, who will take on responsibilities across different areas of event delivery and be a first point of contact for visitors, providing a high standard of customer service.
  • This will include the roles of front of house steward, backstage reception, box office cashier, and bar staff. The role requires flexibility to move between these roles, as demand requires. Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role.
  • Events Staff will be positive and friendly team players who can work comfortably under pressure and across a wide variety of events.
  • You do not need to have worked in music or performance venues before but customer service experience in a busy environment would be ideal and an interest in live music would be an advantage.
  • As many of our events take place in evenings and at weekends you must be available to work at those times.

  • A flexible, ad‑hoc, shift based role that works around your other commitments.
  • You will be paid £12.21 per hour.
