We are seeking to appoint a Service Administrator to join our growing team in our lovely office location. About the Position Key Duties and Responsibilities Taking calls from new and existing customers Providing costs for servicing, emptying and breakdowns Scheduling planned and unplanned servicing and emptying work for Engineers Working closely with our external engineers to create quotations for additional work Upselling cash contracts to Direct Debit plans Experience, skills and aptitude required: Excellent communication skills Exceptional customer service skills A proactive attitude Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines In Return, You Will Receive A competitive salary, reviewed yearly Starting salary of £28,000 per year Contributory pension scheme 28 days annual leave, increasing with length of service Option to buy up to five additional days of annual leave per year Paid birthday off, plus one day per year to work with a charity of your choice Employee Wellbeing Service providing confidential support, information, expert advice and specialist counselling Full training provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
