Come and make a difference at Karbon as an Electrician. We’re looking to appoint 3 suitably qualified electricians to join and enhance our successful and growing Property Services Team. The role is within the Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes team, covering properties throughout North Yorkshire, particularly near Leeds and York.
About the Role
Assist Karbon Homes in delivering excellent repairs and maintenance services, promoting a culture of customer first and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include performing all aspects of electrical work to a high standard in occupied and void premises, both domestic and non‑domestic, ranging from minor repairs to the installation of major components.
About You
- Completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or equivalent relevant experience.
- Possess all necessary skills to deliver electrical works in occupied and void premises.
- Hold relevant qualifications (see person specification).
- Have customer service skills and an excellent knowledge of health and safety.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.

This vacancy lies within the KPS 54North Homes Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes Team, which delivers services on behalf of Karbon. Applications are welcomed from those based across Yorkshire and Teesside. The role will involve working throughout North Yorkshire, particularly near Leeds and York.
