SALES NEGOTIATOR

Salary: Negotiable depending on age & experience.
We are looking for a Sales Negotiator who is confident, driven and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
The role will include:
- Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
- Managing buyer enquiries and negotiating offers
- Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants
- Progressing sales through to completionGenerating new business and identifying opportunities
- Providing a professional and friendly service at every stage
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous estate agency/sales experience (preferred)
- Is confident, proactive and target-driven
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Is organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Holds a full, clean UK driving licence
