To take full ownership of client relationships, providing a calm and structured environment where accounts thrive through consistent retention and logical growth. You are the guardian of the client’s goals and the bridge between technical precision and business impact.

Responsibilities
- Primary Contact: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients feel a sense of peace and confidence in our service.
- Reporting & Communication: Lead weekly client meetings and produce reports with precision, logic, and clarity.
- Specialist Coordination: Manage SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social specialists to ensure projects are delivered with discipline, on time, to the high expected standard and within budget.
- Strategic Development: Develop rational strategies that align with the client’s long-term objectives.
- In-Person Client Meetings: Manage your pre-approved discretionary hospitality budget for client facing activities primarily in Central London.
- AI Integration: Confidently utilise and adapt to AI tools to increase efficiency, improve reporting and provide deeper insights into account performance.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve project-related challenges quickly and effectively, maintaining a calm manner.
- Account Growth: Identify logical opportunities to expand services where it adds genuine value to the client.
- Storytelling: Articulate the context of the data and complex tasks of channel specialists into a coherent, impact-focused narrative for the client.

- You have at least 4 years of experience as an Account Manager within a digital agency (Essential).
- You have a proven track record in B2B Digital Marketing.
- You are highly proficient with Google Products and have an interest in the ‘how’ behind ad platforms or SEO.
