The position would be based in West Lothian, covering Hopetoun, Bathgate Golf Club, and Fork & Field. Join our dynamic team as a Chef de Partie covering our venues in West Lothian. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in our culinary operations, ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes for our valued customers. Responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within your designated section.
