We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our friendly and busy office team.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, sales administration and digital marketing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and has a creative flair.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer telephone enquiries and sales orders in a professional and friendly manner.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing and issuing sales order confirmations.
- Planning, creating and scheduling engaging social media content across our platforms.
- Writing and publishing informative website blogs to improve SEO and online visibility.
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative and sales tasks as required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who
- Has an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Is organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Has excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
- Enjoys creating engaging marketing content.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office.
- Has experience managing business social media accounts.
- Experience using Word Press is desirable but not essential.
We welcome applications from both full-time and part-time candidates.
For part-time applicants , the minimum working pattern is
8:00am or 9:00am until 1:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Working most Saturday mornings is an essential requirement of this role and forms part of the contracted hours.
