We’re recruiting a Site Services Team Leader to lead a team of 7 Site Services Engineers at a busy food manufacturing site in Malton. As the Site Services Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all utilities, plant services and facilities operate safely, reliably and efficiently while supporting production 24/7. This is a genuine leadership position where you’ll remain close to the engineering while driving standards, improving reliability and developing your team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team of 7 Site Services Engineers.
- Planning and coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
- Maintaining critical site services including boilers, compressors, refrigeration, HVAC and utilities.
- Fault finding across electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Managing contractors and permit-to-work activities.
- Using CMMS systems to plan, schedule and record maintenance.
- Driving continuous improvement and engineering reliability.
