You'll be working with high-spec kit, keeping production lines running and solving problems before they escalate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out both PPM and reactive maintenance.
  • Responding to breakdowns fast, minimising downtime.
  • Working across manufacturing, packaging, and production machinery.
  • Keeping things safe, compliant, and audit-ready.
  • Logging issues and suggesting improvements – we value your input.

What We’re After:

  • Apprentice-trained or NVQ Level 3+ in Engineering (electrical bias ideal).
  • Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
  • Confident with both electrical and mechanical fault finding.
  • A hands-on, proactive attitude – someone who spots issues before they become problems.
