Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Engineer
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance to ensure production runs smoothly.
- Carry out fault finding on electrical systems, motors, and safety circuits.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
- Work alongside engineers and apprentices, providing technical guidance where needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For: Maintenance Engineer
- Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent).
- Strong fault-finding skills in electrical systems, including motors and safety circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments is preferred.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
